Hi Freeme, why r u switching to REIT stocks? I thought these are for long term/passive investors looking for yield instead of capital gain?what's ur opinion on suntec,ascendas, capitalcom, starhillglobal...? For me I find it too hectic to monitor stock prices on a daily basis... better long term with good yields... |

if u gg for dividend play, i think is one of the best yield reits now.. at current px, maybe can yield 9% p.a which i consider very good. downside currently is limited. I had previously do some research on reits too. U can consider too: Lippo Maple Indo Cambridge Ind Cache log All yield above 7% p.a with upside potential too.

if one counter slumped with high volume usually there would be more downtrend channel or moving sideway. Just my expectation It could be wrong. Cheers bro..~~

Yes.. based on their NAV n earning improvement.. i would say yes for long term.. nw 18cts liao.. miss out a 1 ct profit.. 2.6k sia.. just a diff in 1 day..lol

bot into changtian.. reasons: above NAV 30cts, YOY earning still good despite Q3 earning down. Net cash of 17.5ct per share which is higher than current mkt share price (unless i count wrongly) Downside: Company mentioned company in matured stage. Means growth is limited. |

Taisan is good. But profit remain 11 million SGD from Q1 - Q3 to compare past year is very good but no movement quarter to quarter. Taisan could be the hidden gem but the management should have to come out some stimulus just like Gaoxian to push up de share price. Currently, Gaoxian make used of KRX listing and Reuters interview to bring up his share price. |

not at this moment.. i already holding sky n taisan.. all same industry.. nt gg to hold another same one.. but gaoxian still very good.. sky at 400% discount to nav.. taisan earning not losing to gaoxian also..

ever since i bot renewable.. my picks mostly bang the wall.. last bet on renewable on 20cts.. haha.. wont add avg anymore on them liao.. maybe can try to bot opposite what i bot.. ;)
