x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	May I also add that Yangzijiang could call for rights issue over the next three years but would prefer to issue warrants as issuing rights means asking shareholders to cough up money but this could drive the share price down as some shareholders are likely to sell in order to raise cash. Profile of the shareholders are likely those that prefer high dividends than topping up rights issue. Issue warrants are more likely to keep the share prices on the uptrend as company is currently undervalued due to poor sentiments in shipbuilding. After loading enough shares, Citi will pump the share price...  Citi can sell the shares they accumulated coupled with the warrants to big investors, giving some discounts on the share price compared to the market price. E.g. Citi bought at average $1 per share, after price pump up the share price becomes $1.30, then Citi sells the shares to big investors @1.20 + the warrants Remember, Citi accumulates the shares at low price. In that case, Citi makes money from the shares, as well as from the warrants. Big investors are also happy because they are buying the shares + warrants at a discount and they can readily make handsome profit by selling them(but they may choose to keep it for long term).   And in this case YZJ with the CEO is also happy.... YZJ got money from the warrants issue, CEO can buy more shares at cheap price(which he recently did... 1m shares @$0.99), plus got additional big fishes investing in the company.    Everybody is happy..

I just hate people who brag about how good they are when they are just following behind some BBs.   You're right, shortist push down price for us to load. I got a mindset that shorts are to push down prices which will cause people to lose money. So I'll never be shorting. thats for sure.
