The higher the PE ratio, the more expensive a stock is. >40 is usually considered expensive The lower the PE ratio, the cheaper a stock is. Somewhere < 20 is usually considered a cheap stock. However, do be cautious of stocks with low PE ratios... It could very well mean that there's something suspiciously wrong with that stock. |

sandbox, PE ratio stands for Price Earning ratio. If share price is 16cts and earning per share is 1cts.....PE ratio of this share is 16....16cts/1ct. |

Hi hi, wondering if anyone caught the report about GES on CNA today? Can what was reported on TV be counted on? Haven't really been following Money Mind so please comment. What does having a PE ratio of 16 mean? Thanks in advance. |
