Look like everyone here are are supporter of genting and long term players unlike those ah peh who are contra player. I think they may not last that long to reap profit by 2010. Whether they are chun or not chun, let see monday how this counter perform. If they are chun, I have to buy them dinner and call them si fu. |

it true,do not listen to street talk, just think will singapore govt let IR fails ? if fail, how much do you think your singapore dollar worth.... Genting got some chances to operate more casino ir in asia, be prepare. Buy Genting for 2010 |

The stock mkt is controlled by the BBs, not by uncles and aunties. Unless the ah pek and aunties are the BBs...lol. But also dun listen to the BBs as well. They will normally "advise" with underlying motives. Better do your own research...and apply with some common sense-when IR is up, will Genting be making lots of $$ from it. I think they will. Apart from the Casino which will be the main $$ generator, they are making $$ from the theme park (which I guess will be minimal) and hotels that they will be operating. My cow sense tells me these: before IR, construction and transportion boom. When IR is up, transportation, properties, retail & F&B boom. After IR (20 yrs later) medical, F&B boom. |

Research houses JPMorgan and OCBC, Goldman Sachs target genting between 80-86 cents. SOurce from today ST. No hurry to sell your Genting as dow fall...NO short or Contra for Genting. Buy Genting for 2010. |

Learn some TA skills for short term playing is wiser than listening to "tips" from ah Peks & ah Sohs. Be sensitive to market news & act fast. Think logically instead of emotionally. Can save u some $$$ or ride on your profits. |

Synnexo...The American did not create such mess. It was there many years ago. They did not face the problem in the past, but just sweeping the dust under the carpet. Those days I think they could get away with that as there were not many developed countries to check on them. The business horizon is different now. Many countries, including Singapore, sprouting out to be Delveloped Country, and of course billion more of educated people is released each yr into the mkt. This time they can't get away. But they were smart afterall. They sold most of the problems into the neighbouring countries with a lure of very high returns investment vehicles that tie up with subprime mortgage. Now they flip their carpet all the dust flew out, resulting in "illness" affecting many countries, not themselves only. I believe this is just a tip of the iceberg. There may be more to come apart from the subprime woes. Be prepare for it! |

I will really like to visit the Devils Tower in Wyoming, US. But then, these Americans created such mess in the market...why am I still spending $$$ there...? Hmmmm...
