I bought at 11.8 cts average, so can see profit tho not enough to be happy yet. Hope to sell at 15 cents. Any advice whether to sell or keep at 15 cts & above? | ||||

tell me about it........paid 11.5c and 12c to buy back some...... Anyway, busy with other counters now so will re-visit this baby later on. In anycase, this baby got a year to play with so not too concern. |

Quite obvious block at 10.5 (buy) and 11.0 (sell). Sign of syndicate accumulation. Patience is the order of the day. Think about it......SUTL bought in at 12.5c........no prizes for guessing that they will do something to enhance the value of Ach above this price. How they plan to do it?....I wrote a post of my view earlier......but the outcome may differ. In anycase, the current traded price of 10.5 to 11.0c is 12% to 16% discount to the price SUTL paid........not a bad head start for anyone getting on board now. As usual, .....Caveat emptor....

HI Laulan..... it's probably hover around this range for a while just to shake out weak players so best to buy with the intention to hold as oppose to contra. As to going back to 8c.....(That'll be my wish too)

With 25%, SUTL is the single largest shareholder by far and can already control the board. All (or most) the other major shareholder (ex founding shareholders) have sold out or pared their stake during the last 4c div. The remaining shareholders are probably fragmented......much less than 5%. As for risk of GO and going private, the GO will need to gain control of >90% of the shares.......at 12.5c (current GO offer price), its unlikely. |

They won't do a GO. ( my hunch). They need to control the board 1st by putting in their directors. If they do a GO it is to get 51% to effectively control the company for them to ensure their corporate objectives are met....like dividend payouts or use of cash to acquire (inject) SUTF businesses into Achieva.

If they make a GO, then what happens? Can't be going private right? If so, not logical for them to buy achieva in the first place. | ||||

If they cross 30%, they will have to make a GO. GO offer price will be the highest they bought in the past 6 mths? (I think). Currently, its 12.5c. Lets see how it goes. |
