The debt is slowly increasing instead of decreasing, unlike what the CEO Simon Ho said that he's planning to do during the AGM... He said he wanted to reduce the gearing ration/debt, but so far this quarter report shows that it's increasing................... |

Any news on this counter ? Seems like someone is buying 11 lots randomly since 9.16 am or is 11 lots the lucky number for this counter. There was even a purchase of 1.1M shares @ 1412hrs at $2. Don't know if its any thing significant | ||

Today CapitaMall tested its critical support at $1.81 but managed to close flat at $1.85 with 8.55 million shares traded. A candle stick with long lower shadow
occurred. This is typically a bullish signal (particularly when it
occurs near a low price level, at a support level, or when the security
is oversold). RSI & MACD displayed the ease of selling pressure indicating that the current price is well supported at this level. Important Resistance of CapitaMall: $1.88 Immediate Support of CapitaMall: $1.81 We would suggest to buy this counter only after it has breakout of its $1.88 major resistance at high volume otherwise the upside may be limited. lol thanks for the interest!! Will post something here tonight!! Due the DOW suddenly "reversal", i bet this actually scared the bears and bottom is very near liao. Can start to buy next week. We are just waiting for confirmation candle stick tomorrow

today Capitamall tested its important technical resistance at $1.88 but
FAILED and closed at $1.86 forming a black candlestick to indicate its
indecisiveness. The VOL traded is at average VOL of 6.43 million
shares. Capitamall may re-test $1.88 again tomorrow but failing to

Actually, CapitaMall Trust also hit my Buy Signal Today. But, I was a bit reluctant to post because it keeps moving between 1.79, which is not a Buy, and 1.80, which is a Buy. Since it close at 1.80, I decided to post. 1) CapitaMall price closes above SMA C(30) today, which means it has move to positive territory. 2) Its 1st Bull run was on 9 Feb 2010. Normally, I would wait for 2 more Bull runs before I would consider buying, but because it crosses the SMA C(30) today, I count this as the 2nd Bull run. Please note this is a 50% confirmation only. 3) MACD lines crosses on 9 Feb 2010 and now it's at the beginning of an up-trend. 4) The company is doing well. It has a gross revenue of $552.7m, up 8.2% for FY2009. A Good Buy to me. |
