hi ray, just came back from TA lesson, very excited, looking at jade's chart nw, i know the resistance of 21c must be break with high vol, however, it doesnt tell me what will be the trend like on mon. is there anyway to determine? What i learned today is to analyse chart and find the reversal(uptrend or downtrend), support and resistance, quite interesting ,but one thing i dun like is they base on historical chart.I find it not very convincing base on histrorical(who dun know). Or is it a norm to teach base on his chart? Any comment ? tks!! |

High is a relative term. 0.21 was the previous peak before it tumbled to below 0.16. At that price, volume was high, which means there would still be investors who vested at that high, holding on to losses. When and if it hits 0.20 to 0.21, they would be ready to sell out to cut a loss or breakeven. I would rather buy after a resistance is broken, when the road is cleared of the stale bulls, moving forward to a road not ventured, than buy right before the resistance at 0.195, 0.015 cents before a resistance, a gain of only 3 bids, if it opens at this level on Monday. If it happens to trend lower on Monday, I would not even take an entry as I do not bottom fish no matter how much cheaper it is as I do not know how much lower it could go. It's your call, Adrian. |
