No idea. Most penny stocks price dips and unable to move up even given 10 years. time. Blue chips when dip (like 2008) , now most of them have picked up more thatn 30 % and some 50%!

Just wondering, with the rights issue, will it likely be because Chng Weng Wah (CEO) has got plans for the company and thus, wishes to use the rights issue to up its shareholding? as of FY2011, it's total deemed interest is 23.03%. with the rights issue, will it likely result in Mr Chng to up its holdings to over 30% but without having to trigger a G.O? This is especially so if not much people wants to subscribe for the rights issue and Mr Chng gets the excess rights? Not too sure..so just thinking of what this rights issue might be purposed for... Any views? |

How is it a discount when you use 2mllions shares @ 0.018 to buy 1 million shares which is at the price of 0.012? | ||||

Right issue mean you can buy the share at discount price. If you have 2m shares, you can buy up to 1m share at $0.012 within the periods of time given. Just like IPO but only shareholders can apply. Conversion is only apply for warrants not right. |

Issue price of S$0.012 for each Rights Share, on the basis of 1 Rights Share for every 2 existing Shares held by Entitled Shareholders. I am new to stocks, what does that means? Does it means that if I have two millions shares, I can convert it to one millions share @ price of 0.012 with rights? |

climbing upwards? My frined bought this long time ago at 0.2 cents , i think, Its not been performing for these few years and he made big loss by selling at much lower price . PENNY STOCK IS PENNY STOCK, AND ITS ONLY FOR SPECULATION.
