zhuge_liang, so you saying that China Sun is going the wrong direction with corn ethanol? Whats wrong with corn-based ethanol? More expensive to make? |

China Sun intends to produce ethanol. But is corn-based ethanol the way to go? Cellulosic ethanol, the biofuel that differs from corn-based ethanol in that it can be made from pretty much any organic matter, has made an impression among people who matter. Alan Greenspan, the revered former chairman of the Federal Reserve with a big distaste for irrational exuberance, recently sang its praises before a Congressional hearing on energy security. Greenspan said cellulosic ethanol is the only alternative energy source that could be produced in enough volume to make a dent in gas usage. |

both ACCs and Citiraya have cooked thier books...con some ah soh, ah pek is understandable, to con temasek, with so many experts.. no excuse. |

Temasek bought ACCS & Citiraya could due to the fact that both Co. are dealing with new form of business. If Temasek spent less than 1 % of its capital on these two stocks, it has no significant impact, afterall not all business are sure win. If both Co. are successful in their business, then Temasek could have help Spore to have 2 new type of business. |

This is not the first time Temasek is late in disclosure. It was also late in disclosing indirect stakes held through DBS in Citiraya and ACCS. |

Temasek reduced its stake in China Sun from 6.68% To 4.09%, in a series of transactions from 13/4/05 to 7/11/05. This was only disclosed to China Sun on 21/3/06. Temasek said that the notifications were sent directly to China. This speaks a lot about Temasek's transparency. |
