The reason PTT is making a take-over bid is because they find that the current market price is undervalued. Am holding onto my position and watch what these big boys do with their holdings. Maybe if Singapore government does not accept it as you guys mentioned below  but I don't see any reason why they would have something to say as Sakari operates in Indonesia so it's not threatening Singapore jobs or other Singapore companies...
