Yuuzoo did not pay cash or physical assets for their shareholding of Contel The combined company will have ($582-$20M NTA) of GOODWILL on its balance sheet to reflect the acquisition. in other words self created value Already black & white write down on page 15, section 2.2 of the RTO propectus. The NTA per share post acquisition is 0.94 US cent wtf
