Hi Lucky I will look for potential trades when the scanner presents me with the list to analyze further. I do not know what most companies are doing and who are their management. As long as my scanner picks up stocks for me, I will analyze the background strength, the price and volume action. If it is good and with high probability, I will take the trade the next day. Therefore I may not trade everyday and there are times where bulls and bears are of equal powers and my scanner doesnt pick up stock at all. I will wait and see unless the balance of power becomes one-sided and join the side that wins. I use mostly trendlinesc channelsx pivot level and moving averages to determine the power of bulls and bears at extreme levels. The best part is to learn bar by bar reading to understand what is going on. |
