Look forward to breaking the recent $3. Cheong ah. The consolidation of Evergro and Kepland will strengthen Kepland further with the booming property market in China. It is unlikely to delist Kepland at this juncture where they are capitalising on their expertise in China. My opinion! | ||||

Emm should not be. U see UOL price...............also higher than Kepland. Kepland should be above $3 stock. Now too cheap. (my opinion)

convincingly break above 2.6... Does that indicate sign of strong uptrend? I hope so, bought at 2.27. 2:30pm-> 2, 267, 000 changed hands at 2.6 any TA specialist can comment? Thanks. |

I think some years ago Lim Chee Onn spoke about plans to delist Kepland because they wanted to concentrate on Kepcorp's core business which is oil , gas , marine related. But for some reason the plans never went through. I hope to safeguard Kepland's investor's interest they should not delist Kepland. kepland is such a major property player.

Just be on the look out. The results likely to be on the better side. Look at the massive lots buy up -> 725 lots @ $2.55 / 1000 lots @ $2.59 Somewhere, someone knows there is still price upside in this counter. |

 DJ MARKET TALK:Keppel Land +2.8%;DB Tips 2Q Net Profit +9% On-Qtr 0342 GMT [Dow Jones] Keppel Land (K17.SG) heads higher as investors eye developer's 2Q09 results due after market close tonight with some optimism given recent signs of stabilization in Singapore property market; shares +2.8% at S$2.56 vs FTSE ST All Share index +0.6%. Deutsche Bank tips core net profit of S$40 million, down 24% on-year but +9% on-quarter. Says development earnings likely to be relatively steady from full contribution of additional units sold in Park Infinia and Tresor developments and ongoing profit recognition from Reflections project. Believes "material" asset impairment unlikely; "there may be potential for upside surprises from the recent sales of China townships in second-tier cities." Reiterates Buy call with unchanged target price of S$2.42.
