Hello all, I made some money at Mermaid, my first trading counter before SEEKING out for Bintang again and realised that he was in Epure.  Bintang did  not call us over to Epure.

No regret also at Epure, my second trading counter, made some money and loss once because I enter at the

wrong price. It was a good learning experience but definately not kicking my backside.  

Bintang commence my respect.

I agreed with that. After all, buying at the right time is the very first priority. Buying to keep long term is another thing. What I see is, if you buy now, you are willing to risk $ money to secure the shares.

Scenario:

Just like buying property, you see you like this condo very much, so you place $ dollar of money to secure it quickly and hope it will go up, likewise this is the same. So, those people think it will boom after dropping to certain level, then they will buy.

But those people feel that it worth this money before rebounding, then will wait to get the "Maid" for service.

I am a total newbie who have been eyeing this forum for quite sometime. I remember the time CW strongly called for SAR back in July, I think, and I was one of those swayed to jump in at 1.79. However when SAR freefall to 1.56 after that active strong buy-call- CW hibernated. CW threatened to permanently hibernate when confronted afterwards.

I learned the hard way that the only resource I have is my own TA/FA analysis. ‘Though I have to admit that my biggest flaw is trusting my own analysis.

Bintang is a well-versed chartist in my opinion. He does not make strong buy/sell call based on smoke. No sensitive hearsay info from friends. He gives valid verifiable opinion that is chart-based. I am convinced that this guy does not benefit in the expense of newbies like me. And if anyone here is to say “no offense taken”- it should be him.

and after it ding dong ard this px..ti either go up or down...but we are not sure ,right??

so , a exhaustion gap is useful to us only we can know which way it is very likely to go...up or down.....otherwise to know it is an exhaustion gap, got no implication...no benefit to know at all...

I'm not greedy. You win some, you lose some. I've made very decent money from Mermaid from 50c to $1. Both runs. ie. 50c to 70c...... 50c again to $1. In fact, 40% of my winnings came even from contras. I've never lost money on Mermaid.

From 53c to 70c, I sold 300 lots. and thereafter........I bidded my time... and re-entered a core position and kept contraing. So you can say I'm very happy cos i rode the baby.

I'm not  a TA person. I'm a FA person. I love especially undervalued counters and those with a corporate play, even better. To each is their own.

Mermaid is defintely one of them... but in my opinion, it's running ahead of its fundamentals. The only reason why I'm in and intend to buy in later is the corporate action. It will be fierce. But in the meantime, regardless of price in the next 30 days, I rather put my money to counters esp the laggards that are poised to run this month. Mermaid will trade sideways in anycase cos there is little incentive to push further. The price action will be after ex-rights.
