x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Och-Ziff is now a substantial shareholder now becoz they hold > 5% of STX OSV. So if they pare it down to less than 5%, they will become part of public float... and assuming they will not accept Fincan's GO, it makes it harder for fincan to delist STX OSV

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	OZ Parties have been keep on selling their interests in OTX OSV. FY result will be out on 26 Feb 13 and  hopefully the E& Y's report on the fair value can be out soon.  The downside risk is about 9.5 cents but the potential upside is great i.e TP 1.50 - 1.70.
