If this is a flag formation , it may take two to three weeks to complete the formation n breakout with large volume , if the correction takes more than three weeks n breaks down the so called flag formation , then the downtrend would accelerate , n the downside target at 37 cents would achieve . Now the share price is going into the second week of trading

but if u draw a flag from 28 Sep all the way..u see a bullish flag pattern forming..

This bullish flag patterns shows that it is taking a breather after running up in a str8 line..

Also, this bullish flag is forming on decreasing vol.

Watch out for the breakout on the upside (continuation) on very high vol.

Selling down so fast with huge volume to 39 cents , the 37 cents could be reached easily , the next support may be at 30 cents .

Financial Effects
Based on the issued share capital of the Company of approximately S$56.0 million comprising
397,596,000 Shares as at the date of this Announcement and assuming that all the 40,000,000
Placement Shares are issued, on completion of the Placement, the issued share capital of the
Company will increase to approximately S$72.6 million comprising 437,596,000 Shares. The
40,000,000 Placement Shares represent approximately 10.1% of the Company’s present issued
share capital of 397,596,000 Shares and approximately 9.1% of the enlarged issued share capital
of the Company immediately after the completion of the Placement (assuming all the 40,000,000
Placement Shares are issued).
Based on the unaudited consolidated financial statements of the Group for the three months
ended 30 June 2009 (as announced by the Company on 12 August 2009), the Group’s net asset
value per Share was approximately 21.24 cents. Assuming that the Placement had been effected
on 30 June 2009 and that all the Placement Shares are issued on the same date, the Group's net

asset value per Share, after adjusting for the issue of the Placement Shares, would be

approximately 23.08 cents.

this is just my view....there r always 2 group of forces that are always opposing each other....togather with the small players...remember....even in a bull market.....they r ppls who sell down rite.....so it depends which side has the $$$$..and also the trend at that moment....which help to move the price up or down......just like 2wks ago .....when this one running up .....so many ppl buy up also...isn"t it easily push up by BB.........So now is it easy to push down or up......incentive or not utimately BB will make money lah.....they buy not tooo just make a cts or 2....

If placement share is priced at 42.75 cents, and market price is below that, then there's no incentive to subscribe to the placement share right? So if some BB has already managed to push the price to pass 50 cents recently, then wouldn't it just make sense for some BB to push it above 42.75 now in order for the subscription of the placement share be successful?

With due respects, apart from your TA analysis, there are other factors like knee jerk reaction from some retail investors. Herd instinct too cannot be ruled out. When people panic and starts selling, those with weak constitution follow suit.

And so, sorry ozone2002, I would'nt sell cheap cheap to you. Am keeping mine to collect big monies.

UniEnvtech today opened with a gap down , if by closing the gap is still not filled , n also breaking down the supporting point at 42.5 cents . it is likely to go down to 37 cents where is also a gap not filled yet .

After the private placement , UniEnvtech may have some impact on its share price , if the market could rebound , then it may go up with the market to 49.5 cents which is within the downward trend , otherwise the lower trendline at 42.5 cents must to provide support so that the downtrend channel could temporary slower the falling strength .
