Maybe the foolish Mr Market think biosensors do the JW deal by paying usd10m cash and issuing 129m new shares at 63cts so biosensors share must be worth 63cts lor. Total worth of this deal is usd63m. JW 2007 forecast profit usd16m, next year usd25m. JW's IPO in 2008 get 30 times PE for china growth story means our 50% in JW worth usd375m. Now we using usd63m to get something that is worth usd375 by 2008. We are paying $1 for $6 worth. Even if margin of error for wrong projection by 50%, our $1 is for $3 worth. But JW is right on track to meet this year's usd16m profit. Super good deal for biosensors you know? How can Mr Market use 63cts as a trading guide? Biosensors also take some blame for the low share price now. They should use past 30 days trading average price to issue the new shares mah. Issue 129m new shares at 80cts lah. Make the JW deal value at usd88m. Anyway they will issue the same amt of new shares so net effect of market cap enlargement is the same also what. That means instead of issue price 63cts value of deal usd63m, biosensors should do issue price 80cts and value the deal at usd88m. This is a LPPL thing but the market think our share price must be worth 63cts. Wrong already...... must look at we pay $1 get $6 worth by 2008 then correct mah. This is an event driven stock. We know when it goes up, it can shoot up over 20cts in a day after news announcement. 2 days of 20cts chiong you will see it above $1 liao. I don't think charts can predict the news announcement and i think NOBORI results announcement coming out very soon. If CE comes out later this month, an immediate jump to over $1 and rocketing upwards fast and furious. By the time the charts show a firm uptrend, this stock may be at $1.50 already. The current share price discount period may not last for long.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Originally after selling everything during the mini crash, I left 24 lots ave px $0.68.  Wanted to average down to bu 100 lots at 59 or 60, but cannot get anything.  Waiting many days already, but market started to move up.  Now only hope is to cling on till 85 cents which I believe will be reached soon or haold until the CE approval.  All this will depend on the market sentiments in the time to come.

Unless news of getting CE approval, then I'll hold, otherwise I may let go at 85 cents for a tremendously good profit as my aver price is 68 cents because I could not get a 60 cents despite queing many days oredi.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	China JW's last year made US$8.5m. This year first 6 months made almost US$7m, on track to make the estimated US$16m for the full year 2007. Biosensor's own forecasted earnings for JW in 2008 is US$25m. UBS and ML is preparing for China's Mircoport (DES maker) IPO in U.S with PE of 30 times. There is huge China growth story to sell if JW is to go for US listing. If JW is to prepare for an IPO in U.S early next year, they believe they also can get forward PE of 30 times 2008 earnings. Plus JW's EXCEL DES is using biodegredable polymer while Microport's FIREBIRD DES is still using durable polymer technology. Net profit CAGR for JW is almost 100% for 2007 and over 50% for 2008. I have asked 2 seperate investment bankers and they are confident if JW is to go for US listing next year, JW can get a pre-money valuation of US$25m X 30 = US$750m. Biosensor's share is 50% which translate to US$375m. Biosensors also have cash of US$77m (after paying US$10m for 50% JW) plus shareholdings in Xtent (already listed in U.S.) and Devax (ready for IPO in U.S managed by Bear Sterns). Total worth shares in JW, Xtent, Devax and cash in hand is about US$500m. Now Biosensors have issued shares of 915m, plus they are going to issue 129m shares in Sept 2007 for JW acquisition. Total issued will be 1,044m shares. Now share price trading at 64cts means market capital will be S$668m or US$438m (enlarged market cap). I think Biosensors is really grossly undervalued. US$500m worth VS US$438m enlarged market cap. This US$500m valuation is not taking into account of all the proprietary assets like Biolimus drug, PLA biodegreadable polymer technology, S-stent (BMS), critical care equiptment division, awarded patents, licensing agreements and future royalties. Plus Biomatrix is clinically proven to be the best DES in the world right now and Biomatrix-Freedom (our future flagship DES) is already in human clinical trial. This company is in late stage for small biomed company: full of proprietary assets, patents and valuable shareholdings in their DES companies waiting to be acquired. This stock may chiong after NOBORI ph 2 results announcement. I know the results will be excellent and I believe CE wants to look at NOBORI phase 2 results also. Anyway the management said they will probably not be doing director open market purchase as the market knows only the over-hyped CE issue and they will deliver the CE very soon to bring this stock to the level where it should have been. Over-confidence again? I hope they get the lobbying right this time. I cannot give the exact dates of NOBORI ph 2 announcement but i believe it should be within this couple of weeks but the japs are secretive in nature (eg: NOBORI a.k.a BIOMATRIX had IDE in Japan but they didnt announce). If I know the dates i play contra can huat liao, no need to wait until takeover. This is a news driven stock. Once CE comes out, i think there will be another takeover offer on the table soon. If the takeover price is good enough to garner support from controlling shareholders, an announcement will be made public that a takeover offer is on the table with management/key shareholders' support. Last year JNJ's $1.70 offer was not acceptable to controlling shareholders so the public has no knowledge that an offer from JNJ was even there. JNJ will not just make public offer announcement if they know they cannot control this company or else it will only drive up biosensor's share price for nothing and make future takeover effort even more costly and difficult. Biosensors has a close group of controlling shareholders/associates and any successful takeover requires their blessings. Unlike some other loosely held shareholdings in some targeted companies, the takeover will be made public and the acquirer go for a very bitter takeover fight to see who can garner the controlling stake. You guys should play this stock like VC. Need a lot of patience but the returns can be very huge.

This is the first time I saw the shares so terribly traded.  Ekekeg was right when he mentioned that if it goes to 58 cents, it may go straight down to 50 and then 42 cents.  Let not hope that it goes to 58 cents. Actually this share counter is good to play.  Except we have to wait for the call options strike 95, and strike130 to expire.  Maker maker does not want the shares to spike yet, otherwise they will lose money when people ask for shares instead of expired warrants. But if CE gets to hand, then they got no choice but todouble or triple buy. I am waiting for them to make the stupid mistake of pushing down the price too low.  Will call/apply for my reserve $5 mil to whack them if necessary..

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Nay, 58 cts is too low oredi.  If it goes there this time, it will break further down. I will whack 100 lots at 60 and stop loss at 58.  Today I put up buy, nobody throw as it never go below 63 cts. Missed oredi because I think 2molo the mart will move up.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	i might buy some small lots at 0.62-0.64 level, it is because we never know when they got the CE, if they got the CE, ho ho, the opening price will be 90 cents then , cheong to 1.10... that time, we really miss the boats.. therefore, we should test with small lots.. maybe tmr is a good day to do that.

But if it does not reach 59 cts, to form a double bottom, it can also trend upwards to 72 cts for a breakup.  Maybe 59 cts will be a stronger position to surge up. All right, I'll wait to whack 100 lots at 59 cts.
