Very simple....management has promised a 30% CACG in the next 3 years mean they are confident to achieve or over achieve them! and they have very good expansion plan, executed stage by stage means they know what they are doing! and looking at the huge potential of China, HK and Taiwan, BW potential is simply enormous!!!

x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	Nokita, Too many questions......Basically, I use some simple fundamantal analysis to select the stock to buy.  I have done a lot of research to understand direct selling before buying BW and had been tracking BW performance very closely since its IPO. Since you are tracking BW also, what do you think the fair value should be?

Have you met management like Doreen or Huang or Dora before ?  If yes, what's yr impression of them? at various times, did you not consider that best world's business to be rather unsexy? after all, it's a lot of people selling directly to a lot of other people. what gave you so much confidence in the company? surely, yr answers will educate forumers on how to choose a great stock.

I give a brief analysis. There are many more reasons for buying but I am not going to spell all out. The PE of 10 accorded is arbitrary but it appears reasonable, or even overly conservative, to me. ***150,000 shares of Best World @ 74 cts = $111,000 Reason: Expect continued high-growth of more than 30% p.a. over the next 3 years. PE @ 12 X earnings this year = $1.20 stock price Upside expected: 62% This is a multi-year investment, as Best World penetrates more and more markets, especially China. The long-term returns will far exceed the 62% in the short-term. ***250,000 shares of CG Tech @ 42 cts = $105,000 Reason: Expected 50% rise in EPS in FY �06 yields EPS of 11 cts. If EPS rises by 30% in FY�07, you get EPS of 14.3 cts PE @ 10 X earnings this year = $1.43 stock price. Upside expected: 232 % ***200,000 shares of Bright World @ 42 cts = $84,000 Reason: In 3Q �06 earnings surged 77.2% YoY even after accounting for a tax expense of RMB5.7m (versus none a year ago). On a sequential basis, earnings jumped 65.9%. Seems like a speeding train. PE @ 10X earnings this year = 80 cts stock price Upside expected: 90%

Valuation is very attractive, the underlying business fundamentals are sexy - lots of cash generated, no problem with debt collection, a highly scalable business (opened in Taiwan & HK in 06 and soon China, for example) GK-CIMB : Maintain Outperform, valuations compelling at 6x CY07 P/E. We maintain our $0.90 target price, set at 12x CY06 P/E. Valuations are compelling when one considers the cash backing of 12cts/share, the business?s ability to generate cash and the attractive prospective yield of 5.7% for CY06. Phillip Securities: Rolling over valuation to FY07 and applying an undemanding 10x PER, we derive our price objective of S$0.975. This is further supported by our DCF model that is based on very conservative assumptions (WACC 12.0%, LT growth ?1.0%). Upside potential is an enticing 57%. Maintain Buy. SBI E-2 : Maintain BUY with a target price of S$1.00. We believe that BWL is on track to meet our full-year net profit forecast of S$11.7m (+38% YoY). My latest finding is this : 全美世界（湖南）健康科技有限公司 Address: Shaoshan North Road, Changsha, Hunan. Look like this is a big step towards entering the CHINA market!! I'm sure more good news are on the way!!
