Actually to TA point of view, there is many type of up. So for this counter is it just a temporary upside breakout or convincing uptrend. Need to point out clearly....

Ezion is almost confirmed the trend is up again because of breaking out of a flagpole formation ,the only resistant is at 69.5 cents which was created recently . I gave the target of 80 cents consevatively , in fact it would go higher . In TA , flagpole formation appears at the halfway point of an up or down move , therefore we can expect price to move about tha same distance after the breakout from the formation . |

Ezion is an oil & gas offshore support vessel (OSV) sector counter. Have to monitor closely if vest in this one during this period. For this I agreed with watchlist.

Be very careful with this stock. There are many players in there swing the stock price. It is a very small player in the big league and exercise extreme caution as oil price is deemed to correct downwards. | ||

DJ MARKET TALK: DBS Vickers Starts Ezion At Buy, S$0.76 Target 0244 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: DBS Vickers starts Ezion Holdings (5ME.SG) at Buy with S$0.76 target price, based on 10X FY10 P/E. Forecasts 106% earnings CAGR over FY09-11, driven by demand for lift boats. Notes marine logistics firm will be Southeast Asia's biggest owner of lift boats when it takes delivery of four vessels in next 18 months, with charter contracts accounting for at least 60% of EBIT margins. Expects corporate profile to get boost following Ezion's JV recently winning A$350 million contract to supply vessels, labor for three years to Chevron's Gordon gas field project in Western Australia. Adds, ties with substantial shareholder Ezra (5DN.SG), which owns 14% of Ezion, allows it to tap on latter's technical expertise, manpower resources; "this will also create cost synergies as it significantly reduces the costs of employing a full-fledged technical and operations team in Ezion."
