actually i should said I sold 50% of healthway for some profit and keep the 50% waiting to cheong! hv vested small lots on saizen sometime ago liao hopefully this sleeping beauty will wake up soon... |

I don't have much faith in any Japanese management. Sold out !!! Japan Airlines went bankrupt, and now Toyata recalled millions of motor vehicles due to accelerator & floor mat fault. Perhaps there is a good reason why they are in recession for so many years. |

Hi Guys, Just looking through its debts profile and I noticed it still has a large amount of debts left. YK Shintoku (defaulted in Nov 09) - 7.25 billion yen at 7.07% interest GK Chosei (May 2011) - 459 million yen at 3.396% interest GK Choan (June 2011) - 5.9 billion yen at 2.66% interest This means that its near term debt (excluding its repayment of the balance of Keizan in April 2010) totals to 13.6 billion yen. This is equivalent to S$210 million. It will not be easy for them to repay these debts unless refinancing succeeds. Dividends wise, I doubt they will have a high payout ratio. Its NAV including dilution from exercised warrants will be 29 cents |
