Too undervalued...I suspect the announcement of dividend will trigger analyst report on it.... Somehow feel that the IR department is not doing anything....would like to join their IR department so that got a lot of free time??? |

This stock seems pretty invisible on most investors' radar - all the business in Australia and NZ, awareness locally is not high. How many have even seen, visited, stayed at their hotels etc? Maybe he should parallel list in ASX ?

Seriously, there are too many catalysts that can greatly move the stock price. 1. Sale of hotels or into a reits 2. Sale of the office in Perth 3. Redevelopment of the sites where the hotels sits.....potentially this will result in residential, office, hotels or a mixtures and there are a few sites that are sitting on a large land bank. 4. Recognition of profit of the residentials in Sydney 5. Recurring income from hotels, office and rental of residential in NZ.... Anyone of the above will make this stock cheong... |

From Lim & Tan:- Rising commodity prices have benefited stock prices of resource related companies, as well as the A$, now almost back up to the Oct ’07 high. Indeed, Western Australia is an obvious big beneficiary, which has in turn helped make Perth the most expensive city in Australia for office space. Looking back, Ow Chio Kiat made the right decision not to sell Stamford Land’s Dynons Plaza, a new office building in the heart of Perth. (Or perhaps he was only interested in getting a market valuation for the property of about A$140 mln. We have a BUY on Stamford Land, which ended unchanged at 62 cents yesterday.) |

that can be the case too.....it was reported in a analyst report that the dividend might be 4 this time round.....anything from 2-4 cents is ok for me.... I can't find any other so undervalued stock in term of potential up side.... |

For Aust, no need top but must be 100% sold...so when the profit can be recognized, it will be huge as the projects size is very big.... I expect that when dividend is announced, this stock will fly...OCK is well known to take care of retail investors....with A$ at all time high and is set to improve further, no reasons for SL not to do well.... |
