venstrong, didn't you heard rumours (in fact reported in The Star paper in malaysia) that Gurney Plaza will be sold for approximately 700 million ringgit? Thats about S150 million for metro... |

shplayer A good friend of mine who claims to be in the circle. May or may not be true as veteran investors should know. Just wait and see. Anyway, this is a fundamentally sound stock with low risk but high rewards. Those who have the capital should buy and hold and see what happens..... remember when UOB bought OUB also started off as rumours. NTA at least $1.45......what is there to fear. |

hi iPunter, ganbei Agree with u absolutely. But finding a big riser in the current market place where almost everything has risen to stratospheric height is indeed a highly risky biz. If we believe in some of our master, elite gurus in SJ, then looks like they can be eng kong, poh tc, hiap hoe, edmi, smb, penguin, etc. But if I may now assume as the Joker, lately a little bird told me that a bird of prey will soon soar above the fray. They call it the Falcon!:) |

One should have taken action when it was trading around 0.85 just a month ago... As it is, it has already risen quite a lot and a lot of it has been 'dumped' (ie. profits taken). But of course further gradual rise is possible.... |
