I would use the ReIT's sector as a yard stick to confirm it's trend since the sector itself has been on a downtrend for quite sometime. Jus my 2cts. |

Looks like it's forming a base around 1.41 to 1.44 supported by 5.3 to 5.4% yield... |

Ascott REIT now at 1.45. Just 2 cents off the low in Aug correction. At this price forecast yield ~ 5.3% (based on OCBC est of 7.7 cts for 07). Business doing well esp Vietnam side. Believe it's a good buy. |
