Looking good today even though the market is so terrible, so when sentiment improve .... supporters lets hope it to move further. Hi Vic, please advise. NAV improves from 18.34cents to 19.7cents, if we'll to factor in the Industrial Land (20cents/share, does it means that the fair NAV to be 39.7cents? So, if it trades at current value of 26.5cents ==> Almost 50% discount compared to 39.7cents ! |
