Below is the announcement in sgx website, i paste here for you to read. so you know when you expect to receive your envelop from CDP as well as the refund in case application is not successful: 3. ALLOTMENT OF RIGHTS SHARES The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP") will send to Depositors with valid acceptances and successful applications of excess Rights Shares by ordinary post, at their own risk, to their mailing addresses in Singapore as maintained with CDP, a notification of the number of Rights Shares that have been allotted to their Securities Accounts, on or about 26 November 2007. 4. REFUND AND PAYMENT Where any acceptance for Rights Shares and/or excess application is invalid or unsuccessful, the amount paid on acceptance and/or application will be returned or refunded to such applicants, without interest or any share of revenue or other benefit arising therefrom, by:- (a) ordinary post, and in the case of a refund, by means of a crossed cheque drawn on a bank in Singapore (where the acceptance and/or application is through CDP or the Share Registrar), at their own risk, to their mailing addresses in Singapore as maintained with CDP or the Share Registrar; or (b) crediting their bank accounts with the relevant Participating Banks (where acceptance and/or application is through Electronic Application), at their own risk, the receipt by such bank being a good discharge by the Company and CDP of their obligations. The net proceeds from the sale of provisional allotments of Rights Shares, which would otherwise have been provisionally allotted to Foreign Shareholders, on the SGX-ST will be paid to such Foreign Shareholders after deduction of all expenses therefrom by means of a crossed cheque drawn on a bank in Singapore and sent by ordinary post on or about 16 November 2007, at their own risk, to relevant addresses as maintained with CDP or the Share Registrar. 5. LISTING OF THE RIGHTS SHARES The Company will be releasing an announcement to advise on the date for the listing and quotation for the Rights Shares in due course. Hmm... The excess right when I will know the result? When should i check my account whether i had successfully bid the excess rights? Super under value, i will still vest in this... Energy saving will be a big IN things in the next coming few year... Save the earth! |

hi, I am new in share, can anyone enlighten on rights and warrant of CEnersave, I saw new counters in SGX CEnersave R and CEnersave R400, I had some shares of CEnersave bought earlier before the rights were announced, which one am I entitle to? both rights? In the rights document there were some mention on warrant, I cannot understand at all, can anyone pls help to shed some light, thks. |

Yup. Will earn if the mother share does not go below 0.055. but usual such rights issue, the price will tend downwards for sometime. | ||||||||

Hi..after subscribed your right entitlement @$0.055..it will convert into mother shares...one will gain $0.045 if the mother share is trading @$0.10.... Is better to pick it up.....right? |
