Hi smartrader, you have done the same thing as me (and warren buffet) as well by buying as $0.165. Maybe you would like to liquidate half of your shares and leave the other half for the result of the power plant. For me I intend to liquidate only a very small amount of shares as that would give me enough money for my rights issue. |

Yes. Bought two yrs ago due to power generation theme ; and never look back. Got two yrs' of decent dividends. What is the best price to take profit considering the latest development ? |

Shares bought under the CPF investment scheme are entitled to all corporate actions including warrants, which you cannot buy in the market with CPF. As to whether you can use cash for your CPF rights you have to check with your investment bank or your broker. Alternatively, if you do not have sufficient funds, you can sell your rights on a seperate rights market to be listed a few days after ex-rights. |

A windfall for existing shareholders, if they don't want their rights they sell it away straight away collect back more than what they invest, plus still get to retain their existing shares |

Proposed rights issue of 2 rights for every existing share at $0.01. Proposed warrants issue of 1 free warrant for every 2 existing shares with exercise price of $0.03 for each warrant. The free warrant is subject to the subscription of the rights. |

Hi all, saw in today's Sunday Times( 21 Jan 2007 ) that one investor identified this counter as one of the underpriced counters among smaller companies. Any views from FA gurus? Vested for 3 years already and still holding for power plant results. |
