oh, btw back to your question, I will still hold some of the shares, I got them at a very good price, anyway confirm profit...just matter how much only...If I need cash, I will consider selling them but not now |

rickytan, actually I work for the mother company...got some stock options lah...holding some of the mother stock, CRCT and CMT, but not CCT. mother stock I got a good option price of $3+, sure make, CRCT I was alloted 5 lots, but I bought more myself at about 1.70+. We have a group vision 2010 theme...to achieve market capitalisation of S$20B and profit of 1B....and be top 5 real estate company in Asia by 2010....So its cheong all the way...see for yourself tmw lor...hint hint hint.... |

haha red, for u i can upgrade to starbucks esspresso smoothie 
vested but a little only cause i saw the downtrend quite risky to go in. But i shall hold long term. Results actually just so so. Some malls had -ve actual growth. Long term can definitely do well with the injections of other malls. |

Hi red1721, Thank you for your response. So I suppose you also are holding the mother share, Capitaland as well. Mother share today has hit its record high and I believe the financial result to be release tomorrow will also be very good just like all other property counters. Let's hope CRCT, CCT and Capitaland will all cheong. I am vested in all these 3 counters. Cheers ! |

Daiwa isnt really that wrong, theres a possible further drop in its price, as I quoted on my last post...its for LONG TERM investment only....if you dont mind parking your spare $$ there for long, u'll make some pretty hefty profits in the end. Capitaland group is aiming to double its asset value by 2010, and from what I see now, they will not only double, but even triple it by 2010. So if you have the spare $$ to park now, go invest in their counters. |

target so low 2.65 only.it move to 3.00+ for so long.daiwa report something wrong.must wait for dbs report.daiwa does not give report very often.maybe they have to research on themselves also.ha ha |
