Due to the fluctuating economic environment in the recent years, Management’s concern & focus will be emphasizing on the performance of the Group – to have a better turnaround. As shown in the annual reports and result announcements, the performance of the Group has improved over the recent years.

Apart from focusing on the businesses of the Group, Management also actively involved in investors’ relation activities, such as meeting with fund houses and analysts.

Currently, we have a US based fund with the name called Pope Asset Management, LLC, which holds more than 5% of our total shares. We conduct regular meetings with the above fund to update them with the recent development of the Group.

As the Group’s result progresses, we plan, subsequent to Management arrangement, to increase visit Singapore to meet up with analysts and fund houses to increase the coverage on the Group.
