Its all about cash flow valuation. But then the variables which determine the px is mainly guesswork. Are you buying a company?

A value of a company is not determine by the dollar or cents.  Opportunity cost, book value and of course goodwill are so subjective. Bankers who lend you the money knows best. For small purchase, your own judgement and seller asking.........if gap is small.....negotiate lor....
