No doubt the company will pay you 6% dividend annually unless the company goes bankkrupt. But I don't understand why people willing to buy this share around or above $106. You will have to wait for at least 2 years to gain your 6% dividend as profit as the first year dividend merely to cover your cost. Any thoughts? |
