it basically means that the shares will be diluted by about 15%. ok, not really, if you consider the money that will come in which will increase the cash. IMO, the placement reflects 2 things: 1. Free cash flow generation is not strong enough (see their receivables) to support their expansion. 2. They are expanding aggressively and hence engaging partnership with private investors to fund them. For me, the partnership with CMIA is a positive move, but WHO is Khoo Boo Kok? No explanation is given by Eratat. Are they giving him an introduction fee? it's anyone guess. Please take my view with a pinch of salt. Note: I am vested since last year. |

Technical Comment from CIMB Earlier we saw the stock traded in a sideways manner for the past 2 months. This sideways movement shows that the bulls were building a base for the next leg higher. This consolidation pattern appears to be a symmetrical triangle. • Yesterday’s push on strong volume suggests that the consolidation is over and a new short term rally is taking place. Technical indicators are also showing positive signals, supporting the bullish view. • The stock is a buy now (S$0.20-0.21) but keep a stop below the recent swing low of S$0.20, at S$0.195.
