 Alert Admin 		Yes, I do. I keep buying LUM CHANG anticipating a brillient result within six months. ( during this six months it will reveal an accelerated revenue and net profit growth tremendously  as such the market react positively ).

Lum Chang's FY2010 net profit up

Lum Chang Holdings Limited reported on Thursday that its net profit for the full year ended June 30, 2010 more than doubled from a year ago to S$25.24 million.

This was despite a 13 per cent year-on-year drop in revenue to S$198.01 million.

The construction and property related company ended with S$74.4 million in cash and cash equivalents, up from S$41.90 million a year ago.

Lum Chang's net profit soars on sale of KL plot, bungalow

Construction-related Lum Chang Holdings Ltd reported second quarter net profit was S$11.05 million, compared to a net profit of S$221,000 a year ago.

 

This was in spite of a 2 per cent slip in revenue to S$56.51 million.

The higher profit was due to the sale of a plot of land in Malaysia and the sale of one conservation bungalow at Swettenham Road totalling S$16.7 million.

It said that it was unlikely that the concentration of profit recognition will recur in the second half of its fiscal year.
