 Alert Admin 		23 Oct is results day for FCT, ie, Fraser Centrepoint Trust.  As of today, no news yet about FCOT's results day. Hope a better results would give this counter a much needed fillip.  So far, very kek sim with this counter!Smiley

Listed on Mar 06 at $1.00. FY 06/07 did make some profit, but after d credit crunch, it lost 248m in FY08 n 137 in 1H09. Its 1H09 report claimed that it sank into d red on neg changes in value of invs ppties.

Its last 3q mtg was on 3 Nov 08. AK opines that d result may not be astonishing, though ppties lately boomed, but early birds may catch d worms, as d ppty market was intervened.

Charting is pointing to 0.1399, may not be correct as well. 2Ys apply loh.

Below, knee jerking news 22 Sep 09,on refinancing to pay its debt, read if vested only.

 Alert Admin 		Huge share placement at the advantages large discount price to the strategic partner unknown to us/investors, but substantial share holders do not get any share placement priviledge, I suppose. Nowaday, such common un-fair practice is on trend!!!! SGX should take these matters into serious consideration.
