x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Maybe the price moving ahead of the possible of placing under SGX watchlist next year plus the subscriber for the convertible bonds is pressing it down so that  the fund  could subscribe it at a very low price. In the last EGM, the cash flow issue has been resolved as the subscriber is ready to provide S$50 millions. I will only loss thousands but this fund will lost millions if the company fall so it is obvious where are the company moving in the next 1 or 2 years. When this subscriber convert start to convert million into shares, it may be the signal of the turn around of the share price. Just monitor SGX announcement closely, I am waiting for the right timing to down buy some more. This stock requires holding power and not for contra, as long as you are prepare to write off it in the worst case, there will be no more fear on it. Therefore, the investment in this company should be a small percentage compare to your overall portfolio. Good Luck!

But honestly this is equivalent to a scam group.   There is actually nothing for shareholders to hope for.   Everything is smokescreen and all hopes will evaporate in due course as usual. It is best to sell it down to zero, at least to spike the big Japanese holders.   This way he would be hit more than us.   Throw until it becomes 0.000/0.001 and let it sink because sooner or later it will. Don't believe? Wait and see your fortunes wiped out. But is it too late or not, will depend on how you want your balance stocks to be treated.   It might take 10 years to grow back to 1 or 2 cents, or it might even get de-listed.  I can't really described the board as good for nothing, but they have shown they are not capable at moving the company forward after trying so many years from more than 7 cents to today's 0.003 cent.   Very pathetic!

There will be hope only if on top of securing funds, the company management is committed to really want to come out of poverty and hit the right patch.   Other than that, no miracle pills can bring success to the overly depressed company.   With hard cash coming in, please make sure the company gets real workaholics to steer in the right directions in all departments. Then probably, a year or two, all losses could be recovered with the intelligence properties fully marketed, leased or sold. Transcu shares have been shorted down much and shortists want to see it go to zero, and therefore may have their proxies go against the voting. (If you don't understand why shortists can go and vote, don't ask me). Just go and vote for the resolutions.   Make or break, 50:50. Guess it will be very difficult for the company to secure loans if they cannot get this funding. Anyone going to the EGM to question him the direction of the company? The last conversion price was at $0.0046, I just wonder how much do they paid for these bonds. Someone should raise question on these bonds in the coming AGM on 20 Nov.
