reply to Zhuge...but at least those who bought at 21cts are already money in the pocket,like myself I've 50lots.I've comfirmed with my broker that the offer is what Sinochem will be buying back at 26cts from minority shareholders ie for example if U hve 20000 share the offeror,Sinochem will buy back 10,500 from U at 26cts so everbody wins..better to wait as 25Aug draws nearer likley may cross 26cts say 28cts is possible.But if U hve confidence in the post takeover then >32cts is achievable.I'm confident prior to this that some takeover is in the air | ||||

Wait and see lor,nobody forced U to buy at 22.5cts ,It dropped to 20.5cts and idea missed the boat and green eyes,Sori U nust hve lost a lot of $ follow blindly and then started blaming pple.PPle in this forum know how to exercise caution and do their own research

Beware about counter being Dumped! When a call is made at 0.21cents, TP 32cents. The caller probably holds many lots. Along the way, the call will be repeatedly made. AND along the way, you guys who go in to buy will pick up the Dumps and before the TP of 32cents, the caller actually have safely unloaded ALL his lots, leaving you guys holding his Dumps at higher price and may have problem getting out by then!

For standard online trading comm of $25 or 0.275% of trade (whichever is greater), the minimum breakeven $ value is about $9,090 per trade. Hence for GMG at current price of about 23c, the breakeven trade will be about 40lots.

Buying at 20lots probably attracts a minimum comission of $25 if use internet....slow but steady GMG has fully recovered from its pre sub prime crisis in 2007..last year was pushed to high of about 21cts before it went south and hovered at 16-17cts and headed even lower to 12-13cts due to poor profits.This year back to its previous high with increasing vol,looks like it will go up even higher | ||||

not bad after ex dividend still .20 cts -think accumulation phase still on,gd sign as volume is quite high on day-to-day basis

Normally after or slightly just b4 ex dividend ..stocks move..since with doubling of income and sales revenue,and with rising rubber prices(> than 2007's level) I hope within 3 months time frame GMG may cross 32cts level.
With rising vol last 2 weeks and GMG has crossed the pre sub prime crisis level,pple who hve bought are not losing $ now and once the stale bulls fully out the momentum may carry over

Biz Times dtd 3 May 2008,GMG net income shot to $8.32 mil and sales revenue improved 65.6% to $59.2 mil for 3 moths ended 31 March 2008.Earnings per share also improved > 100% to 40.41cts from 20.cts Soince recently it has tested new high 23.5cts past the pre subprime crisis expect the shares price to improve further once stale bulls are out.The improved or increase in rubber prices bodes well for GMG's profitability. |

My broker asked me to buy 100lots that is $22000 and get $250 dividend next month or so as rubber prices will shoot higher and since GMG as broke new high even surpassed pre sub prime crisis in mid June 2007 GMG is likely to test new high.GMG is a potential takeover target too,any comments .I bought 50lots only at 21.5cts today | ||||
