x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Wanxiang International, the maker of synthetic and natural flavours and fragrances, is up after it said its majority shareholder had offered to privatise the firm. At 10:53 a.m., the stock is up 44% at 20 cents with 13.3 million shares traded. Wanxiang said yesterday its majority owner offered to buy the remaining shares it does not own at 20 cents each, and delist it from the Singapore exchange.

In FY2007,sales of natural and synthetic flavours increased by 7% and 50% respectively.
