kesoni77...no worry..this one is ok..i believe u see your money plus profit soon..just stay..if go down 82 cut and wait to buy near 78...but not likely as i see..for long any px below 1.0 is a good buy..i see ard 3 overtime..just my personnal view..u make your decision...Hyflux is a solid stock to hold for long..good luck. |

Hi friends Those owning Hyflux Water Trust can wait for a couple of days b4 letting go, another 4 more cents, it will break the 0.90 barrier. On 5 Dec, 2nd day trading, it goes as high as 0.955. As long as water is scarce, the HWT or the mother Hylfux neither is bad. HWT's initial portfolio has a capacity of 245,000 cubic metres per day, which could grow to 760,000 cubic metres per day by 2009. It does not bear the risk of executing projects, nor will it see the quarterly volatility of earnings associated with engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firms, as they book revenues from completed projects in one period but not the next. Instead, HWT will earn stable revenues over the 25-30 year concessions for its plants. Minimum offtake agreements cover the operating costs. Hyflux, which will operate and maintain the plants, has promised to increase operations and maintenance (O&M) fees only if tariffs also rise, so the trust has less downside on margins. Given China's precarious water shortage and the strategic location of the plants in industrialising areas, utilisation and tariffs are likely to go only up which benefits HWT. HWT, on the other hand, functions more like a utility in charge of O&M, paying stable dividends from long-term plant operation. It's up to investors which they prefer. As long as water remains scarce, neither looks half-bad. |

Hi Hyflux Water Trust is a good investment due to its big mkt in China which is limitless, a lot of shares for China are doing so well. Therefore business for China esp Water will definitely do well in country where infrastructure is not so established yet. Their hugh population will depend on the Hyflux infrastructure to supply them with clean water esp with their high pollution in their country. I have great faith in Hyflux Water Trust, what about you friends out there? Sharethebest |
