tiandi, thanks for sharing. But what I am questioning in this post is a matter of timing, as an extract from the link provided:- If a company's shares are underpriced, then a company can benefit its other shareholders by buying back shares. If a company's shares are overpriced, then a company is actually hurting its remaining shareholders by buying back stock. Cheers!!! |

Noticed recently many blue chips company accumulate / buy back from the market whenever the market dips. Wise move??? Imagine funds utilise can be put to better use like generating "REAL" earning for shareholders instead of decreasing shares in the market in order to push up the profitability ratio. Does it make economic sense when no economical value is added?? Just wondering....... |
