Meghmanic should get better and better over next few yrs with 1) lower cost of raw materials 2) lower interest rate 3) completion of new plants with 2 Japanese partners in 2014 No volume indicates that when demand comes, price will move up swiftly.

Hello Hulumas, Have you made the move? I was reading the sgx announcement for last 2 yrs and realized that Meghmani has a JV with Kaneka and Mituisi in Dec 2011 to produce resin in India for India Market, starting from 2014. Currently India import all its need from USA/Japan. Meghmani owns 39% of the JV which will generate high profit and cash flow for Meghmani due to its much lower pdn cost and no need to pay import tax as compared against import from USA/Japan. Huat Arh!

Based on today's closing at Bombay, the disparity in prices have widened considerably and would be a good buying opportunity to keep when cross-selling between stock exchanges is allowed this year Share price in India = 43 rupees = S$1.57/share Share price here = $0.365/SDS = S$0.73/share Wonder if STX PO prices also show such disparity. |

Just wonder why there is no interest in this counter Share price in India = 31.65 rupees per share = S$1.16/share Share price in Singapore = 34 cts/ SDS = $0.78/share Come next year, shares can be traded on both stock exchange Vested Interest here. |
