Yah I also accept the offer and it is truly $1.10 per share. I still tot they will deduct some commission fees etc but no they did not. Wat they offer is wat you get. This to me is a fair deal. I was still tinkin in the beginning they may deduct some commission or admin fees from that $1.10 :P |

stealthblade 21, I sold my amtek when they offered to buy back at 1.10. I have receivedmy money on 3rd July. Since I took the offer through my broking company ( POEMS) I did not have to pay any commisson. Did you accept Metcomp offer. Anyway, it's best to ask you remisier. Sorry I took so long to reply because I thought someone else would answer your question. |

Will we get back our money if company delist from SGX? Just like Amtek who was bought by Metcomp some time back. When would they refund our money back? I need some advice. Thanks! |
