Jadason closed at $0.235 today, a 6-year high, on higher than normal volume. Jadason's last high was in 2004. But can the momentum continue ? The rise may be due to DMG's report issued today. After a plant visit, DMG raised the target price from $0.32 to $0.44 today based on 10x forward PE. It believed the valuation remained attractive and maintained its Buy recommendation and has upgraded its 2007 forecast by 16% to $26.6m and 2008 forecast by 46% to $37.8m. It noted that Jadason's expansion plan was on track. Last Friday, Kim Eng has placed a target price of $0.34 on the stock. Jadason's 3Q results announced earlier in the month was slightly below expectation. In a Nov 7 report, CIMB-GK expected a strong 4Q to make up for the full year and maintained an Outperform rating and set a target price of $0.345. |

Stochastic pointing to a flat with flat A/D Lines and downtrending Chaikin. I think the "impressive" results had already been "factored" in by the high of $0.21. My take is at $0.195. |

TA indicators shows that this counter is going to a downtrend. In my personal opinion, price might remain flat for a while. |

Should be positive based on recent BT report and company's commentary on its prospect when it released its 2Q06 results on 31Jul 06. Beside CIMB, KE and DMG also have buy ratings on Jadason with TP of $0.30 and $0.32 respectively. Chart certainly looks positive though volumes only went up lately. Current resistance at $0.215 and next resistance is at $0.23. Just vested. |

CIMB-GK said it has raised its price target to $0.345 from $0.33, while keeping its "outperform" rating, after upgrading its earnings estimate for the company. "We have raised our 2007-2008 numbers by 8-13% to factor in greater contributions from mass lamination and drilling services," CIMB-GK said in a client note. "We see catalysts from robust quarterly earnings and positive news flow from the PCB industry," it added. CIMB-GK expects Jadason's net profit to grow to $24.6 mln this year from $11.7 mln last year, then to $28.9 mln in 2007, and to $29.2 mln in 2208. The brokerage also believes Jadason will stand to benefit as China becomes the fastest growing low-cost manufacturing PCB hub. "China is expected to overtake Japan as the world's largest PCB manufacturing hub in terms of output by 2007. We believe Jadason will benefit as PCB firms expand their capacity in China," CIMB-GK said. |

Hi red1721, this counter started moving because of Business Times(BT) report 2 weeks ago. The upbeat report along with the mgt. positive outlook with a record year ahead. the report was too good. Then the next day the co. came out with clarrifications. Refer the SGX announcements. for the details. I entered this stock at .17c. and holding for the next 4-5 mths. Since the year end the results are going to be fantastic. OCBC has a good rating on this stock. Will be averaging upwards.Cheers. |
