Bumster, There is another thread on Stamford Land.....Time for Re rating. You may like to refer to posts there. In future, before starting a new thread, you may like to check for existing thread. You can do this in the 'Forum' page (click the 2nd item on the menu at the left of the page - the orange panel). At the top of the page, you can do a search via 'In Counter (Stock Name)'. everyone's busy looking for momentum plays and don;t bother to look at value stocks. Though price has doubled from 30c to 60+c from over a year. There is still lots of cash flow and nta left to unlock in this gem. cash flow business from hotel operations nta from hotel owning growth from HIGH END property development |
