Bonvests Holdings Ltd announced that the company has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Over & Over Limited for the acquisition of 59,400,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 30% of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Richvein Pte Ltd, for a consideration of S$100,989,000. Upon completion of the proposed acquisition, Richvein Pte Ltd will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. |

Hi tiandi Yes, i'm subscribing to the excess rights shares. Priority is given to those who want to round up their odd lots. If you intend to use the net bonus dividends to apply for the rights shares, you need to submit the application form manually to CDP. Otherwise, you can apply thru ATM by 4-6-07, 9.30pm. |

hi waterfalls, what about the excess right issue which is at the same exercise price of 0.615, do you intend to subscribe the excess right issues? it seems there is no quantity limit for application, is that correct? |

For info, I've recd the rights application form. Expiry of acceptance and payment via ATM on 4-6-07. Shareholders who do not want to subscribe at $0.615, can sell the rights entitlement trading at $1.09. |

i'm not expert but i think this might be formula used to come at price after ex-rights. if rights issue offers 1 rights share at 50 cents for 2 Company shares at $1. then price after rights will be 2 * $1 + 0.50 * 1 / 3. ie 2.50 / 3 works out to 63 cents. not sure if Company share price is taken as price on date rights issue announced or last day before ex-rights. not vested so good luck. |
