You can sell in both cases. If you sell ahead of settlement date, you need to specifiy 'contra' in transaction, otherwise specify 'cash' if you have already paid up. |

Afternoon guys...i have just started trading and have a query please help.If i successfully buy in e.g 10 lots of stock XYZ today and paid up using online banking...can i sell my share on the same day if price surge up alot or do i have to hold till minumum settlement date then can sell???Btw i dont do contra trading.Pls help clarify...tks! |
