MidEast to manage construction projects for Bin Laden Group in Dubai and Bahrain worth $552.6million, with management fee of $31.2million. The statement also said the SSH (M.E.Development LLC) has now increased its shareholding in MidEast to 47.78%. MidEast's new Executive Chairman & CEO Dr. Oussama (from Bin Laden Group) also stressed that "two of the most promising areas for us will be Singapore & China as Singapore's real estate is on the brink of property up-cycle while China's property and infrastructure scene will continue to soar. MidEast will position itself strategically to capitlise on this positive uptrend". GOOD NEW!!! Monday will cheong somemore!! |

No doubt, with a name like Bin Laden tied to this company, people no doubt think of 911, indeed he is one of the family members, don't forget, his beginning was a rich kid. but he got too involved in his own personal agenda and the rest as we know is now history and change our way of life. but that is that, business is still business. with singapore opening its arms to middle east, and those arabians are now flocking to singapore snapping up undervalued cheap listed companies, why? Strong transparency, solid legal structure in singapore, stable and peaceful government and moreover, singapore is known to be a good friend of China. Those Arabians are smart, they don't talk the chinese language and hence they need an intermediary, a middleman, or whatever you call it, to venture into a bigger territory, no one will ever saw money enough liao, as long as there is opportunity, there is always more and more money to be made. I like this company since it is strong in water-proofing, can go and bid for some part of the two IR projects in Singapore. It will be easy to kickstart its share. From loss to now profit. that will fly the stock. This stock has seen high at 0.44 before. it should go back to that level, before testing 0.50. be mindful that when it reach 0.44, there should be some selldown for those short-term investors who are scared ****less as they were caught that time at 0.39-0.44. but even then, do not despair. have faith in this stock, each counter has a value in them, it is a matter of finding them, trusting them and keeping them in for the long haul in good faith. short term upside, yes 0.28-0.30. past 0.30, it should head 0.32 and then test resistance at 0.38. so go now and buy more before too late. With the new majority shareholder - Bin Laden Construction Group, one of the largest construction company in Middle East, hopefully they will bring in new business from the Middle East. |

This counter will test the 30c mark before the melt down in feb... slow n steady moving up n consolidating awaiting plans to be announced in middle east. Rotation of constuction play might push this baby up as waterproofing in concrete stucture is needed.  |
