not always true because there are many finanical instruments competing for investment $$$, not just bond. Bond prices is inversely proportional to interest rate, with the interest rate unchanged , there's no added impetus. Just my thought and my limited knowledge. |

I thought its the other way round? The more jia lat the market is, the more money should be put into bonds? |

mm..let's say if the market crushes, the usual step would be moving the money out of bonds into equities isit? i tot bond shd be stronger when in times of crushes.. ani comments? |
