Read the teletext under Entitlement announcement. It states: Delong : "Entitlement: SHCONSO 1 for 10" ex-date 17 May 07. Actually what does this means. |

Ding Liguo, Delong chairman, aims to take a 14% stake in iron ore explorer Cape Lambert Ltd, the Australian company said on Friday The planned investment follows an announcement earlier this week that Delong's parent, China's Best Decade Ltd, would pay A$250 million for a 70% share of the Cape Lambert iron ore project. Cape Lambert, which is drilling a deposit in the Western Australian outback, said Ding had agreed to buy 40 million options from a third party. "Mr Ding has formally indicated that he intends to convert the options to ordinary shares in the near future," it said. This would raise A$15 million for Cape Lambert. Chinese groups are increasingly taking stakes in Australian mining companies, helping to fund the development of projects that will meet the nation's need for minerals to fuel rapid industrial growth. The Best Decade investment is conditional on Cape Lambert providing an independent geological report confirming its project has a resource of 300 million tonnes of ore. Cape Lambert shares added 3% to A$0.50 on Friday. The stock has jumped 35% since a week ago when it first said it was in talks to sell part of the project. |

Its a penny stock so TA may not be accurate.... but its chart looks pretty bullish to me. victorian, why do you say this is no good? |

After consolidation, the share price will be around $1.75 or $1.80(since now trading at about 17.5 or 18 cents). It will no longer be considered as a penny stock and funds are more willing to buy into the counter. |

Based on the english word it means every 10 shares become 1 share so that will reduce the total number of shares floating in the market. With lesser shares around for ppl to invest the price will go up theoretically. This can sorta boost ppl interest in this counter. Also with lesser shares around, it mean the price can move up and down more easily provided enough volume is traded. |
