If you have seen HK Taiwan and Spore drama serials, there is another source commonly known as insider info. This info is very confidential and if investors got hold of it, it can make lotsa monies. Unfortunately insider info cannot be printed inside the Annual Report :P |

Hi guys, Hope you guys can help me out a little with my accounting homework. I have a question which asked "Besides the financial statements and notes thereto, there are other useful statements or reports presented within the annual report. Pick two of these statements and explain why" One of the statement I have indentified is the "Message from Directors". That's because the message from directors give investors a guideline of where the company is heading. However, are there any other things in the annual report that are important to you guys? and if so, why? Appreciate all yr inputs! Thanks! |
