Read this in BT (23 Jan) - current property rally is just beginning. That means those holding on to such stocks may do well to sit on it & wait till prices shoot thru' the roof ? "During a recent marketing trip to the UK, CIMB said the feedback it received is that global investors are convinced Singapore is morphing into a key hub in Asia. In particular, it said, UK investors believe Singapore's property prices have plenty of room to appreciate, given their wide gap with London. 'Having experienced a 13-year boom in property prices in their own market, London investors view the current rally in Singapore as early in the cycle,' CIMB said." |
