Teckwah got good news! Final div is 2 cents (compared to 0.8 cents in 2008). Already given 0.8 cents for half year 09 as interim div (compared to NIL in 2008 interim). Heard from someone they recently lost some key customer's biz in China.....so 2H result might be worse than 2007. money can be put to better use elsewhere. .hold/buy at yr own risk.

Keep Teckwah is better, i feel. TW price still trading above 14day moving average. S-star closed under lower B-band today. Not vested in either counter, just kaypoh. |

It is unlikely. One of the major shareholder sold its entire stake. Furthermore, the shares are tightly holded by a few parties. If there is a take-over, the person should hold the share till the take-over. | ||||

Performance is lousy comparable to some of the peers SMB United, Kian Ann, TT International and etc which have reached 0.40 cent level. No coverage for this stock by any brokerage houses. It is still a relative cheap stock comparable to its performance. No one knows the stock value. Let put it at 0.50 by guessing. |

Performance of Teck Wah is not so bad, it had gone up from 0.23 to 0.37 cents now. Does anyone know that what is the price to take profit? |

Thank you for your advice bteohc. I dont think I will be attending the AGM. I am but just a small investor in this company. However, I will defiinitely be holding on to this stock thanks to your info on the revised NTA. Cheers :) |

Hi Shinka, if you do not need cash, you can hold on to the shares. If there are no any bad news from the company, the share price is going to trend upwards in relative terms to the Index now standing. Price resistance Level- 0.28/0.33/0.38. I am not a stock analyst but the stock should reach 0.35 based on their revised NTA 0.31. I do not think the company will issue cash dividend for tax credits I guess that they may propose future bonus share issue to reward shareholders. You can attend the AGM and pose the question on tax credits issue to the management for their reply. | ||||
